Approximately half of people surveyed create their purchases from websites with just increased security settings- another half don’t use them don’t actually understand improved security.

If it comes to making purchases on cellular phones, there is a definite generation gap. Approximately half of people in New Zealand under 45 use their smartphones to browse internet shops, and of those, just 37 percent of these make purchases. In Australia, 53 percent of people under 30 use their phones for browsing, and 35 percent create real purchases.
